Graduate Research Assistant Openings (Electrical Engineering/Photonics)

Photonics Research Laboratory has graduate research assistant openings right now. Our research interests include: 1) high-power fiber lasers, 2) specialty optical fibers, and 3) nanophotonics and metamaterials. Students with a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or mathematics are encouraged to apply. The following areas of experience are desired but not required:

experience with numerical simulation of electromagnetic problems
coursework in optics, electromagnetics, and photonics
